Reminds me of one those 80s songs, vocal work and all--especially the "la la la" bits.
Really sorry for your loss, man. At the very least, a good song came out of tragedy.
A song about my personal inner struggles coping with recent death of my beloved grandmother. This will be on an upcoming EP dedicated to her and her unconditional love.
Lyrics:
God give me grace so I can push through the shitty days ahead
Let me be a man for my family
The burden’s off my chest like a decade-long memory
Even though it was just four
Carrie, don’t go
I can’t be alone
Carrie please, stay with me
now I can’t see you physically
I don’t know what else to say
Reminds me of one those 80s songs, vocal work and all--especially the "la la la" bits.
Really sorry for your loss, man. At the very least, a good song came out of tragedy.
Thanks m8. And yeah, the best music in general comes from experiencing extreme emotions.
The music smoothed out O.K. and had a nice beat. Lyrics toward the end (Couldn't really tell if he was saying Love or Lala~) weren't needed but you made it work. Great job man.
Please contact me if you would like to use this in a project. We can discuss the details.
