I read the tags in order, and it sounded like they were spelling out your name as Benjamin "1 Ostinato" Tibbits.

The original was a little track called "Unsanctuary" for a game called "Lunacy Star". I was asked by Taizen to remix it for the purposes of a commission. Both the original game and music appear to be unavailable now. All of the links to the game I've found are broken, and the music appears to have been removed from SoundCloud.

"Lunacy Star" was mentioned on the Game Maker Community in 2013:
