Flight into Fantasy

Imagine flying into the air through the clouds scouting out for a mysterious world of Fantasy! or think about anything else that gets into your mind when listening to this. xd Enjoy!

I figured it's been a while since I heard anything from you, and here I am leaving comments that are come to mind.

This is a fun listen! I imagined myself flying around and having a really good time doing so while listening; rotating, gliding, and doing all the cooler moves along with that. *Incoming Mario impression* Yahoooo! Wah-haaaah! XD

I also thought back a bit to this dream I had years ago. Some if my friends, the first cat I had, and I all had eagle wings, and we were flying out to go explore this beautiful looking island. It was like some magic power we had or something, in which the wings could appear when we wanted to fly, and then disappear whenever we don't feel like flying anymore.

Everything flows and blends well. That beat which starts at 4:42 is NICE. That just makes this mix more catchy there! The strings give it a very upbeat cinematic feel. :) I believe this is a really cool track. It's fitting for a family friendly fantasy movie or TV series.

Thanks for the feedback, its nice to see that this "revived" different memories and dreams you had. x)

I just love your style! I get nostalgic whenever I hear one of your songs for some reason!

VideoGameManiac responds:

Thank you, I really appreciate that :D

Nice work, It has your special ambient style with more improvised tunes this time. It's interesting to hear another mixed genre style song from you :)

VideoGameManiac responds:

Thanks, its fun experimenting with sounds :D

I like this one and I definitely can picture what you said about flying through the air. Are you using logic for this? Some of the string sounds remind me of when I first started using it. Though, I have to say, I'm so glad I switched over to Ableton, even though it took me a few years to get it. As far as future work.. I suggest creating separate sections with your tracks.. like.. think.. A section, B section, A section, middle 8, A section kinda thing. It helps to consolidate your ideas and get to the point much quicker. And harmonically, you can expand on how you combine and interact with the different sections. And, consider making your own sounds! That'll give you a unique, original edge!

VideoGameManiac responds:

Thanks for the review. I am using FL Studio and I have been experimenting with strings for a little while, its fun :D. As for building a song with sections, I literally am bad at this xd I have always been doing my songs as easy as possible without thinking too much about them, if a melody gets stuck on my head I just put it there and because of that I am having a hard time finding the right genre of my tracks.

It's pretty chill gj ._.

VideoGameManiac responds:

Thank you! That was my intention :D
