I've started to develop my sound a little more and have started up another project under Pomp Yin:


I'm putting more time into production these days and 'Stranded' is the track I've been developing. I would like nothing more than to build an audience with the newgrounds community, maybe collaborate on some projects and even contribute to the animators or game designers on here who needs music for their own projects.

Returning the favor!

The feel through out the whole song was consistent and true to itself which was good. When the hihats come in at the start were spot on. Distant vocals added have this really nice element to them that feel like they completely belong in the song. Synths are all nicely chosen.

Help in hand pointer :)
I'd look at Stereo spacing as your next move, drums sounded wide in the mix. They need to be tightened and narrowed (generally speaking) to try separate them in the mix from synths and stuff.

Reccommend obtaining... Waves S1 pluggin OR have a look at Flux pretty sure they do a decent stereo tool for free.

It's really hard to get criticism these days so It's much appreciated when I get some as constructive as this.

Stereo spacing is a new one on me, so that's a definite progression point and I'll look into those VSTs as well.
