Edward, it's bedtime

An instrumental lullaby based on a theme from Edward Scissorhands. I really love this movie and it's theme was stuck in my head so I made this little piece as a tribute.
I was planning on adding more instruments, but maybe I'll just keep it like this, what do you guys think?

There are a lot of 'wrong' notes in the harp, but I am actually very fond of those hihi ^^'
Made for celesta, harp and flute.

You got it! The atmosphere and mood of the film with your arrangement that is. I like the slight variation in the melody on the flute, and I like the tone of it as well. Thank God for those wrong notes when it comes to writing. Often times a slip of the finger can bring great inspiration and direction, or at least it adds a bit of flavor. In this case, this piece has its own unique flavor where it doesn’t sound like an exact copy of Elfman’s work, but it still has some quality that is reminiscent of the film. Nice job in maintaining that balance.
Adding more instruments? I think this is more than adequate and right for being a lullaby as this gives it an intimate setting.
Does Edward sleep?

Aw such a nice review, thank you very much! I was a bit afraid that it wouldn't be original enough, so it's nice to hear that at least someone thinks it's unique :D
I completely agree about the flavor thing.. From my music teachers and classmates I get a lot of comments about 'wrong notes or chords' that I use in my compositions, but for me personally those things make it different and more my own. And as it seems, I'm not the only one who thinks that way :)

Yes I agree, for the lullaby I will keep it like this.
Edward just woke up, but he had a very nice dream about Kim and ice ;)!
