This is a great tune, lots of cool transitions. Some big changes going on and it all manages to sit together beautifully. The only thing I would say is some of the string section sounds a little lacking in quality - maybe replace the vst/samples used for that. Mix sounds fine to me.
Awesome mix of genres and really great transitions between sections. With the title I was expecting Castlevania 2.0 but although this isn't what I expected it is definitely good. The drums could use more variation, notably with the kick drum.
As for the mix I'd have to work on it myself to give you really good feedback and some of the issues come down the the quality of your virtual instruments.
Good sir, the great vampire Alucard is smiling apon you right now (cause he and Seras are rocking out to this) I only have one complaint: I swear I have heard this kind of beat before in something else...but then again, I may just be mixing songs up.
Hellsing is so god damn cool. Well... the actual beat itself is a fairly simple 4/4 kick snare kick snare type beat, it's like the most common. Unless you're e referring to a certain melody or bass line? in which case you'd have to be more specific xP. Still, thank you! I appreciate the comment :D
Wow dude really cool guitar sounds, what did you use to make them? I like the mid part at 1:46 remembers me from the nds game mario and luigi rpg 2 :) I really like this style you did. Something different is always nice to listen to! The only thing I quite miss in this song is the bass.
Overall really good work dutty :D
Thank you! and uh.. I used guitars to make the guitar sound xP. I recorded some tracks and stereo split them, one for each channel.
Yeah bass is a real issue for me.. Once I've mastered the song with my headphones I do some tweaking on my crappy PC speakers to eliminate any problems with cheap outputs and bass really does a number on my speakers haha... I need some new monitors. It's part of the reason I'm unsure about the mix in this.
Still, Thanks again man! I appreciate it :D
I enjoyed it.
It sounds fine to me! :D
Thanks! I'm glad you think so! :D
Please contact me if you would like to use this in a project. We can discuss the details.
