This starts out with so much potential, but imo what it really needed was some fillers in the background, the whole song just sounded... empty. You need percussion through more of the song and not just on the beat. It wasnt long enough to get redundent, it wasnt long enough period again imo.

Keep at it, you'll get better, also I read somewhere your making midi's and then changing them into mp3's? Try a program called FL Studio, search for it and get the demo, its for unlimited use, I think that would suit the style of music your making better.

hmm...

the synth that you used was a little bit annoying. Maybe you should use different types of Crashes. the percussion was alright. The plucked instrument was not bad :D
