Well, Happy New Year to you, Newgrounds. This project has been in the works since about.. June-August of last year. Hadn't gotten time to work on it, what with college studies. But the last two weeks have been very productive, so I give you a preview.

Cheers to DJ Hoohaa for allowing me to collaborate and eventually take on the project (handed it to me due to time and inspiration. Busy lives we all lead, you know). He shares just as much credit for this song. Thanks to mum and bro for some tips and extra ideas.

The full version will end up on soundcloud soon, but what's stopping ya from heading over there? www.soundcloud.com/jandre_paris

By the way, there's 1 second of lead in so the song starts at 1 second.

Everything about this song is legit as heck. Super clean. The drums are pretty sick. love the snare and kick, they sound authentic, also nice ghost drum. finish this song!

Jenni-Harry4eva3 responds:

Thank you sir! I was going for a pretty acoustic feeling so that they'd match the guitars that DJ HooHaa recorded. Actually.. stay chooned on le Soundcloud ;)

Perfect song dude
Keep it up:)

Jenni-Harry4eva3 responds:

Thanks! :)

I really enjoy the instruments that start at 0:45, I think they are my favorite part aside from the nice build-up from the beginning. The sound that starts to bleed in at 0:56 sounds just a little bit out of place to me personally. I thought the hawk screech was kinda funny, but I did enjoy it in the song, and I really enjoyed you playing around with the sample near the end of the preview. Overall, it sounds really good to me. Same as what I put elsewhere, but I really like it :x

Jenni-Harry4eva3 responds:

Hehe. I know, the hawk is kind of cheese but, hey, it works lol. Well, the reverse synth actually fits. It may seem out of place, but trust me, it fits. Thanks!

Wow, been forever since I've heard anything from you. Long time no see 'round these parts!

Sexy track, very sexy bass sounds. Liking how you guys went for a more mellow variation of liquid; airy hats and no sharp instruments. Makes it a real smooth piece. :)

Jenni-Harry4eva3 responds:

Eyyyy dude! Yeah, I've been going and come 'round every now and again, haha! Glad you like :)

Yes Mate its sounding righteous! So much nicer than the last time i heard it, That Bass!! Lucky your mum was there for tips n hints, my mum is about as useful as a fart in a tornado when it comes to helping with music....Cant wait to hear the final man.

Jenni-Harry4eva3 responds:

It's been so much fun. Worked on it for at least a week straight and it's been great! It was a long time coming before I could think of an appropriate progression from your main lines, so here was something to counteract the mellowy sounds, but keep it in the same feel, ya know?

That bassline was one of the coolest things to program, hah! I saw your polka bass that was sitting there for the longest time, not knowing what to do with it. I needed an extra texture for my bassline, so I threw some major distortion onto it and made it the top layer. Thus.. this madness was born. Glad you're loving it so far! It's been a great journey through this track.
