I attempted to make a remake of my song, Mysterious Waterfall, but this is the result, a really catchy introduction song! I hope everyone enjoys it.

I used sounds from:

Here is a link to the original song I attempted to remake:

I love seeing improvement on your composition skills!
See, it gets a lot easier to make good melodies once you've start getting used to a piano roll. :))

---If you wanna learn about melodic notes, which can pop out melodies even more and make people go "OH MY GOD!" message me because those are always great things to use in melodies and should be used! :)

An example of a melodic melody is YOHIO-Without Wings an orchestra piece using a Japanese composition system.

This is really catchy, I like it! Those blip sweeps sound really good.

This is certainly catchy! I love it! My favorite part about this song is the bassline, it just makes me wanna dance. Keep it up man!

Its hard to decide which song i better. Original or this song. I think THIS song is littlebit more better than original but original is still also great. Thumps up and respect :)

It certainly is catchy! :D I love the melodies and the glitch-y beat and the climactic nature of it. It would be great for a title screen of a game or something. I absolutely love the effect at :07. How did you do that? I guess it is a little repetitive, but that's okay for a videogame. You should try using the "Collaboration" section of the forums - I'm serious about trying to get this into a game. Overall, this is a really nice, short track. Happy new year, BO! ;D

BlueOceans responds:

Happy new year :D
The effect at :07 is a synth preset I found. It uses a really fast pitch changing effect, and I added a lot of reverb and delay to make it last longer. I'm sure you can make a similar synth with what you already have by experimenting with the pitch effects, but I can't help you with that, since I used a preset synth for it.

Thankyou for the review!
