This would fit right into a Pokémon game, maybe a Team Rocket boss. I wish I could figure out chiptune. x_X
I've been in a bit of an 8-Bit mood lately...
EDIT 12/13/2013: I went back to listen to a couple old-school Pokemon songs and fixed this to match the gamboy sound - that mono goodness and I added some noise to all the synths to help give the song the gameboy color (GSC era) sound

8-Bit music is reaaaaaaally easy to make. All it is (for basic 8-Bit) is just sine, sawtooth, and square waves (and noise with different cutoff frequencies for different percussions); you can quickly set the synths up using the 3xosc plugin in FL Studio, or even modifying the default preset (the one that is just a simple sine wave) on the Sytrus plugin (which I used here).
Please contact me if you would like to use this in a project. We can discuss the details.
