It's fine, but it could use some improvement. I like that you used just a xylophone at the beginning, but the "response" section sounds kinda monotonous. Aside from that, the piano-guitar combination sounded off and slightly messy when mixed with the xylophone. Finally, the rhythm isn't that interesting. If you could add a bit of jazzy swing rhythm, it'd probably sound better. Or maybe if you used a bass guitar, it might sound more complete.
