I've always wanted to make a Halloween song so, Here is some Hypnotic stuff for you :)
I don't think I would have classified this as Trance. It's really more of an Ambiance, and it excels as as one. It's eerie, cacophonous, and threatening, just like a Halloween ambiance should be. ^_^
My only critique is the volume of the bells, particularly in the beginning. It's kind of a piercing sound and hurts the ears. Though, perhaps that's just me.
