A slower song than the usual. Also a bit less hard hitting than my other pieces, but it seems to do the effect that I want it to give. Enjoy!

I don't believe I have heard any of your songs before, but this kind of hit me in a big way. The piano is a great instrument to use as I myself would love to play it someday. The strings were a wonderful touch throughout the whole song. I myself can imagine why this was called Retreat, a battle lost, friends gone or missing, loved ones never coming back...
I implore you that you continue to make songs such as these, and remember to never give up or surrender on anything. Never retreat, never surrender... I give you a 10/10 for actually making me emotional.
