A piece of music based off an image in my head of a scene in a non-existent science fiction film.

A protagonist is on board a ship orbiting a mysterious planet. He steps into an elevator, which will take him down to the city on the planet's surface. The doors close, and the song begins. The descent starts, and he sees nothing but space and the dark planet he is approaching, very quickly.

Then suddenly the lift reaches the city. Seemingly infinite in size, the city is a truly awe inspiring sight, filling him with a huge sense of excitement as to what it might hold in store for him as the elevator reaches its destination.

Because who says visual artists are the only ones who can draw pictures in their head?
