Tried a different approach in terms of my style of music which yet again I dont know what kind of genre this is. Its a bit too heavy for ambient but it is ambient at the same time xd. I will call it Rita-Style based on my name :D. And btw I have no idea why I gave it this name.

Pleasantly suprised on this, in honesty i cant say i was impressed by your video game entries but this style definately makes it right, i think you should keep making such.

Its a bit like listening to cybertracks of the virtual audio project. :)
Pure 80s on the road late night chillout feel.

greets and thanks for your review on one of my tracks.

thanks! I have always liked videogame music since I was a child and I really like to remix them in a different way/style but my favourite genre is electronic ambient and I always use it on my original creations, sad you dont like my remixes but very glad you like this one xd

Wow, what an introduction. This is an incredibly calm, reflective piece for sure. I love how you build the song from the introduction gradually up until 1:32 where the percussion changes the atmosphere aptly. Again, I have to reiterate that I think that this song is quite reflective and methodical in its structure.

Genres need not matter when the song is fun to listen to, which this certainly is. However, I wonder how it would sound as a 'World' piece? It would be interesting to hear the instruments in a more 'oriental' style...Forgive me, I ramble! In any case, I think that there could have been more variation, just to spice things up a little. Perhaps another change or shift in percussion, or even an added pad or synth that cuts higher than the rest! All the same, this is a great song that was structured fantastically. Well done! :D

thank you, I feel like a lot more experienced everytime I read one of your reviews xd
You might be right with more variation in terms of pads and different percussion. Just need to work a little on this one, just sometimes its hard to tell when a song is finished or not cause in this case I.... you could say ran out of variation which makes me think the song is finished xd

Sounds nice. I think I heard 3 different music elements, with asian and spanish parts, interesting combination. :)

VideoGameManiac responds:

Thanks! I somehow have troubles defining my own music xd
