Welcome to the Mr D. Freak Show!
Contortionist twisting like if they were merely a rubber object, the fire eaters defy the concept of danger, and the three man in the corner are swallowing swords in a delicate but grotesque manner. The elephant man smiles and you know what this means, freak show is about to start...

This is the concept of this small cue I composed. The cue feels magical, tense and really alive. The style of the composition is inspired in my interest in circus but it was influenced by the Bruno Coulais soundtrack for Coraline. While composing I focused on the concepts of lead middle ground and background. Also I used some counterpoint which really gives the cue another perspective.

I composed the sketch in half an hour and orchestrated in 1 day. I used Cinebrass, GPO, GIO, and Altiverb 6. The mastering was done in Wavelab with ozone.

Short and repetitive, but I like it. It kinda reminds me of some sort of comedy act at a circus (which is what I assume you had in mind while creating this).

I would like to hear an extended version sometime in the future maybe, but that is up to you. The instrument quality is sub-par, but that's not a big deal. Other than the instrument quality, everything else sounds great to me and is inline with your original freak show idea.

This is very simple and to the point, so I like it very much. This is deserving of my five vote.

This reminds me of the N64 games from Rare (Donkey Kong 64, Conker's Bad Fur Day...). It has a nice chaotic feel and some good tone changes. Also, the description you gave of what you envisioned was very well written (and you said your English wasn't that good).

Haha this was cute. It put a smile on my face. I can see the circus scene in my head now :3

I did notice that this track was a little soft in volume. If volume was increased just a little bit, I think the sound would have been at a good level. Maybe the dynamics of the instruments played a role in how big the sound is as well. Good job overall!

I cannot understand why this lill piece of good work has such a low rating...

I enjoyed it a lot, actually. You managed to express your idea quite well. It's playful, it's chill, the circus is in town!

But I do agree with Mechanical-Animals, you should try to make the lower case more loudly. It would really make the whole track feel a lot bigger.

The arrangement is really nice though, I hope one day I'll develop this sort of keen ear on classical instrumentation...

Thanks a lot, Actually I kept changing my settings between the one that you hear and another preset I made that sounds way more big but I guess that I should have chosen the other one.

Nice work man, I think I like it)
Track makes me a smile while I listening it.
Good arrangement.
But this sketch needed a work with a volume, I think.
In my opinion the lower case should be loudly. It makes track bigger, I think.

Yeah I am going to work with that in my next songs.
