The 2nd piano (the higher pitched one that comes in) could be a bit quieter, and some of the instruments are off time.
Still, the transitions work for the most part, you did what you set out to do, and the song has a nice wintery feel to it.
Someone told me that Russian composers used to make songs with a consistent melody that would stay the same while changing just the backing instruments so I gave that a bit of a try.

I don't think its possible for some of the instruments to be off time since they are all programmed, unless you meant just the guitar
