This was for the 2013 NGMT's third round with the theme of an underground civilization. And I won second place overall in the triathlon, which is...yay!

So, a lot of it speaks for itself; a very literal audio journey. The above world has already experienced an apocalypse and is in the middle of reconstruction. The explorer in this story stumbles upon a secret that was once hidden by the government and is confused when confronted with two contrasting messages: the government's stale introduction to the society and the indigenous man's cheery greeting. The ending is kinda left at the explorer is then escorted by the indigenous man into the city to be shown around...and it's also an open listen into the actual music hahahaha...awkward...

I even made up a translation to the gibberish language I'm singing, which reflects the irony behind the slightly more welcoming message the government makes which sounds dull and flat, while the man's introduction sounds happy and upbeat but is actually an unwelcoming warning.
