Maestro....As long as I have known you, i have known that you are hard working, extremely talented, patient, and have very good grammer, but the latter comment doesnt matter. Im sure these qualities will definitly help you reach great things. I will always be here for you, always. Just as the wisemen once said "Yet the things in life must end, they will never be forgotten."

Anyways, now with your song. After hearing every single (well most) one of your WIPs and newer songs, I must admit that this is my favorite song by you. The bass is grand, the strings are a perfect medley, and the melody is just so damn good. This piece is a great creation, illustrating your solemn, humble, and sad farewell. THe song is a very good length. It is not just the same melody repeated over and over, it's diverse and grand. The instruments themselves sound great. I can tell you have put hours of work into this.

So long and best of all, good luck!

MaestroSorrow responds:

thank you slayer456, this was my most diverse piece to date, but the bar is set so that it can be broken no? I will aim to outdo this piece, and when the time comes I am confident I can.

For now, this will have to do as a goodbye. I also didn't want it to be sad, I don't think it should be sad, Everybody should rejoice knowing that things move on, change occurs, somebody new will take my place, and present new and exciting songs, and in the end, everybody will learn from that person in turn.

I don't like to think I left, I like to think I stepped down.

Thanks for the review slayer456, means a good deal to me.

A stroke of genius.

I've been coming to and fro frequently, and I finally noted through the cursory glances of your demise. I began to listen to this song, and as the bass began to filter through, I had a shiver run through my spine like very few times before.
This (and Basking in Dead Light) are by far, my two favorite songs, not only of your's, but of everyone else in this genre. I daresay, it isn't fair for everyone to have such a musically inclined fellow like yourself around, but to remain would be, perhaps, a dawning of a new audial savior.
Farewell, and I assure you, whatever works you perform in the future, I'll keep a close ear for.

P.S. What program do you use? I've been dabbling in a bit of everything recently, and this is quite an inspiring work. Thank you.

MaestroSorrow responds:

I use Fruity Studio's, but the sounds you're hearing have nothing to do with the program itself. If you read this, send me an email, and i'll give you the full details.

Thanks for the review ^^. I am glad you were able to enjoy these works.

Farewell, my friend.

This piece was exceptional. So long, and may fate's cruel hand be kind to you in your future.

MaestroSorrow responds:

I sure hope so, fate's hand only extends so far, good thing absolute defiance reachs furthar.

Thanks for the review.

This cant be...

Wow... after all the great songs you submitted... this is the end and a sad day. Yet this is a fantastic final masterpiece. I salute you!

MaestroSorrow responds:

Thank you slashkill1, like I said earlier though, me leaving should not be a sad thing, Newgrounds will keep moving, and new people will take my spot. I don't like to think I left, I like to think I stepped down.

Thanks for the review, means a lot to me.
