So this was a nice beat you have here it actually reminds me of some old mortal kombat music but the techno is really nice and builds up even nicer so you have some really nice work here I like the vibe you bring forward here you really know how to make it flow with beautiful quality

Based on the fact that this is an instrumental of a rap, this is pretty good. The main instrument's kinda bright considering the genre, but I suppose it works since this is the stand-alone without the lyrics. Everything is pretty well done, apart from the tone. This may be because of the lack of lyrics, but I don't really think of "Victory" when I hear this song (not that I of all people should talk about song titles making sense), so if you want people to hear "Victory" when they listen to this, I'd probably put in some Synth Pads in the background playing inversions of the main fifth of this song's key, which if anything would boost the atmosphere (arpeggiating it might also make it fit in). Other than that, great job!

I like the melody at the beginning and the phrasing as well, but it could've progressed a little faster. The transitions at 1:24, 4:11 and 2:20 were a bit sudden, and I think there could've been more variation, but I acknowledge your hard work. At 2:48, the melody is suddenly much louder than it was before. I think you could make that transition more gradual as well. However, I like the breakdown at 3:45, and the instruments and mood as well. I didn't think it needed to be so long, though, and it ends a little suddenly. I know you've struggled with transitions before, so at least you're aware of what you need to work on. :) One way I usually handle transitions is by gradually changing the dynamics or whatever to try to convey the new mood I'm trying to establish. You seem to be going for a more rapid transition, which makes the music a little choppy. I also find it helpful to use the slide tool! ;) Hope you found this review helpful! ^^

The reason it doesn't progress as fast is this was going to be a rap song, actually, but the guy that was going to do the lyrics never finished, so i just posted the instrumental.
