A vast warm desert that is considered holy ground for the people of Cuintha. People get permission to travel here once a year to speak to their deceased family members' souls. Many consider this their favorite time of year as they feel blessed that they can forever stay in touch with those they love. People can not see the souls of those they are not related to.

Well here's one to add to the collection! This really is a beautiful piece. Calm and soothing, yet full of subtle and enchanting action. I must say the name is quite fitting as well. I have to agree with jaysummers that the variation in dynamics is a very large factor in the beauty of this piece. I wish my high school orchestra sounded like this heh...

This is quite a beautiful piece; it has a variety in phrasing, and dynamics. The strings are well placed, and not overbearing. I love that instrument you are using. I think it is a Dulcimer. The drums were well mixed, and the samples were beautiful. I can tell that a talented musician had put time into this to make it a wonderful experience.

Great job my friend,

~J

Love this track, I always get that desert feeling when I listen to it and a hint of an oasis. One of my fav tracks from the Album YEAH!! And when I read the concept for the song I get a montage feeling of people walking into the desert to speak to their loved ones, from the young to old almost like a beautiful ritual as I see many people taking the journey at the same time giving a desolate place like the desert life.

DanJohansen responds:

Your imagination nails what I was going for while making it bro! Glad you enjoyed it! YEAH!
