Cool chiptune. :)

Beauitful. Downloaded and favorited. Wow. I'm digging a big portion of your songs.
I don't really like to review music, I never know how to critique it unless it's dreadful. This on the other hand I enjoyed very much! Those 8/9-bit sounds somehow managed to make sweet love to my ears! To me, this sounds like a song you would have for the end credits of a game.
Seems like you enjoy your work. Sucks that the melodies are now pretty much hard-wired into your head ha. Does that affect your attitude towards your music? Does it somehow motivate you to do more once you know it's perfect?
Ha! I'm glad then that you left me a rare review :-)
The biggest thing about the melody burn out is that I know that I have to move fast while writing songs, or else I'll start to dislike them (even if they originally sounded great!) There's also this problem that I have where I can't really enjoy my songs like everyone else does, because I've listened to them so many times that I know all the nuances and nothing is surprising or interesting any more. This might sound really disappointing, but it's made up for by how I get to have the experience of writing the song in the first place, which is possibly an even greater joy.
Thanks for the review and the good questions.
I have never heard of this genre of music before, but I like it. The song is catchy and has a lot of instruments I don't remember hearing before. Please make more songs like this :)
Ha! The secret is that this isn't really chipstep, it's just chip. At best, it's 9-bit. Either way I just put it in chipstep so that it wouldn't instantly sink into the depths of VG and never be seen again ;-) Thanks though, glad you liked it! Can't guarantee I'll write something similar soon, but you never know what mood might strike.
Would love to use this song in a video of ours, but obviously want your permission to do so! Links and credit will of course go to you :)
Please contact me if you would like to use this in a project. We can discuss the details.
