This song is really great! This song has some nice breakbeat hardcore parts with some nice drums in the background. The only flaw is that the drums at the beginning hit way too hard. Otherwise, great song! 4.5/5

Rykami responds:

I mean, it's an old piece by me and it was pretty experimental. To be honest, I haven't even made music properly in a year or so now. I might get back into it eventually.

I love it, but it kinda loses me when the more hardcore pieces come in

As a fan of Neurofunk and Darkstep, I have to say that this is the epitome of quality (and the good kind I might add). I've just started to make my own, but these just blow my attempts away. Anyway, here's my two cents...

Sound design: Great work on the drums, and what you did with the lead and pads also kicked ass. Also, your basses were also magnificent though they weren't as prevalent as some of the other DnB songs I heard. I say that you did a great job on this part.
Composition: Like the last song I reviewed, you put a lot of thought into the composition. It's not easy writing melodies into basslines without them sounding like shit, nor having having heavenly melodies in a genre that usually has a morose tone to it. I have to say that I am more than impressed with this one.
Other: It isn't often that you hear Darkstep, Neurofunk, or even Techstep NG, and I hope this inspires more people on here to look into these genres.

What I liked:
-Great composition
-Excellent sound design
-Overlooked genre

What I didn't Like:
-Nothing that I can think of

Overall: Rykami, how would you like a ten from me? (5/5)

Rykami responds:

Sorry I didn't reply for a long time. Don't really use my newgrounds much, mostly for free downloads. Thanks for this bro <3
