Bill's story is that of a man who lived ideas. A man that believed in a higher power and became it, only to find that he could not outrun his own humanity. A man that threw God to the wolves, sat upon his throne, and was then taken by surprise when his feet couldn't reach the ground. A man that tried to escape his own immorality by becoming supramoral yet ultimately found himself lacking. Bill was a stunning and brilliant fool who paid for his arrogance with his own life.

I heard this yesterday and I was going to review it and then I got distracted and walked away. I came back because this song needs a review because I think its freakin awesome. First I have to say I love character songs like this that are sung in the first person.

The vocals are fantastic, reminds me of Myles Kennedy a bit (who's one of my favorite rock singers as of late) its very bold sounding and has excellent range.

Drums and bass all sound fine, I cant really think of anything I can critique in there, that wouldn't be me going off about personnel preferences when doing bass lines or finding drum parts so they sound good to me as they are.

My only gripe is with the guitar, I think if there was a second rhythm guitar in there with a brighter tone it would fatten out the sound a little bit. I just feel like there's too many low frequency's and the music could benefit from a little more mid to high range's to brighten it up a little. Not too much tho I understand its a dark song. A guitar solo would also add some icing to the cake.

Other than that I really dig this song and I would love if you could add the lyrics to the description.
