Getting stuck on projects can be the death of progress. Gotta move on when you get bogged down. I realized back in college that I could finish a new track in a day if I fell in love with it within an hour. Or I would get stuck on a track for a few weeks if I allowed myself to get stuck.
Instead of forcing out one bad track, you can write a new one everyday for a week or two. At the end of the week, you now have seven to twenty works in progress that may or may not have some potential. Logistics bear fruitful compositions more frequently if you can drill out a schedule like that.
Fuck writers block :)
