SHABAM! just like that, scouted. Some general eq and mixing work is needed here. Be sure to avoid peaking on your channels. The kick was being drowned out by the loudness of most of the other sounds. be sure to keep it at -6 or -8 db pre master and making it the loudest part of the mix. Everything else falls under the kick in priority. Be sure you are param eqing 2 ( or any spectrogram type eq) each channel and taking off unwanted harmonics or empty areas of black/white noise.
Try adding a white noise filter to the mix, these often help with transitioning and flow of a song. Using bell eq on said white noise or even fruity LP and res can help to establish a rising tone or falling tone in the noise and give you that sense of build up needed before a transition.
I hear you had a off beat bass with a decently high attack. try slightly side chaining that bass to the kick, that usual ends up being more productive at moving things out of the way of the hertz range of the kick than making a high attack off beat bass. I'm not sure why the volume suddenly spikes at 3:50 ish, however volume automation could easily solve this.
The digi bass was a rather harsh choices of basses. There are better sounds out there for basses that can easily be obtained via third party vsts. ( native instruments massive and sylenth 1 are your go getters for basses and leads) I liked the tiny blip lead, it's a pleasant sound that i never truly get tired of.
Pretty good work all the same. You should have been approved by now, as to why you are still unscouted i am uncertain. Keep up the good work
