Alright, I already subtracted a point for the beginning being so loud and so abrupt. I understand what you're trying to convey here in this song. It's supposed to be heavy, I get it. But, you don't need to overdo it so much. The grungy instruments are pretty sweet, actually. I like the heaviness in the song, but I think changes are in order. Some of the levels need adjusting, and I think you need to pan some things more so that the soundstage is a lot bigger. Too much focus toward the center for too much of the time, in my opinion. Although, I really liked that effect of whatever that distorted instrument was panning in the outsides near the end. That was good. The drumbeat was pretty kickass, but I think it was drowned out by the other instruments a bit too much. Also, add some more bass and make it deep. Maybe do some sub drops! That'd be wicked with this. Give the listener a break every now and then, if possible, to kind of accentuate when the track is actually playing. Anyways, keep it up!
