This is my submission for the Mac12 December comp (slightly sad coz I didn't get to collab but there's always next time). Again I chose to go a little different and put a bit of an Irish twist on Christmas with drums and fiddles etc. I did this because I've just studied Irish music and instead of a carol maybe it'd be nice to have a Christmas dance. Just a thought. I'm sure I could convince you after eggnog. The 'reel' is just the Irish style I tried to emulate here. Anyhooo I've rabbled on a bit. Hope you guys enjoy listening to it as much as I enjoyed making it.

Nice piece!

Was a good idea to combine the bells with the drumms. I think some belltower-sound would have suited wery well, maybe the stringts could be a little bit variable, but i know its hard to compose with string sets because synthetics cant surrogate the real ones. Thats the reason why i am always afraid to use them. Anyway very nice and christmas-like!

Best wishes

You certainly did succeed in getting a irish and christmas like vibe in this song. I particulary like the little drum, however the melodies ( apart from that glockenspiel melody, which i must say is very catchy) are kind of dull until around the 50 second mark where they get more interesting.

I actually enjoyed listening to this.
