Hey, fellow Newgrounders, more music, more awesomeness! Again, this is from the Grand Maverick Remix Competition 2012, which was hosted on Overclocked Remix! As usual, the rules are that I need to combine the music of two sources (this time from the MMX series), and for some reason (against my better judgment) I decided to arrange Blaze Heatnix.

This time around I got paired up with Sting Chameleon. While I didn't have too much time to really get something rich and complicated out, this time around (spent a grand total of three hours on this one), it still fills the space in some clever, creative ways, so I think people will enjoy it, nonetheless. While it was the unfortunate losing track of the round, it still has a lot of flavor that y'all may enjoy, so check it out!

Good lord man, your dual combo tracks are amazing. I'm hooked on Ryu vs Chun-Li, but I love these to. Mega Man X is my all time favorite game series and Blaze Heatnix is one of my favorite bosses from the entire series, so thank you for choosing him (against your better judgment, lolz). I'm digging the beat in this one, it looses its intensiveness, for a more relaxing beat.

Keep up the great work man.

Gario responds:

Yeah, Blaze Heatnix is actually a great track from the MMX series (probably the best from MMX6), but it's difficult to arrange as anything except metal (which isn't my forte). I think I still did it justice, so thanks for listening. :)

So smooth man. It fits in so well with the background that I actually forgot what I was listing to and was just bobbing my head to the beat. Amazing stuff as always, going with my other music when I play games.

Gario responds:

Thanks as always, man - glad to hear someone is listening and enjoying my stuff on here. :)
