Here's something a little bit different.
I'm doing this because upon hearing that most of my percussion is fixed or mixed with electronic variations, a lot of people tend to quickly come to the conclusion that I can't drum. Well, that inspired me to do a song with no artificial correction, anyways.
This is "raw."
What I mean by that everything in this is a recording of a tangible instrument.
None of the tracks have been 'corrected' post-recording.
Also, I'm pretty sure I've heard the Wurlitzer part somewhere before, in a commercial. But I used it anyways. This isn't really a serious 'song' anyhow.
Also, it's 4am here and I've just recorded that all in about an hour, so I'll probably hear it again tomorrow morning and think it's icky and take it down. Who knows. =u=

Really cool. I do like the rawness of it all. The snare hit is really cool. The guitar in the background, doing the riffs and stuff, reminds me of the XX. You should do an XX-style minimalist song. Really good tho :D

Ah. I love the XX. I'm going away for a couple days (I might still post on ng) so I won't be able to record with my people, but we might just do something like that. I'll also start labeling which songs are mine and which are the collective effort of my band.
