They refused to conform to the new music standards. Sound waves just came out soulless from the mainstream press. So they went underground and let those fools build a city on top of them. While the rest of civilization perished in self destruction, they remained alive deep under the earth's crust. All their lives they dig for the most shiniest Sound waves in existence.

Your intro, very catchy and the build is fantastic! Now, your description has indicated to me, and Im sure a select few others out there that this will NOT be your last piece of this nature, and I for sure hope not!
Acoustatic, was a bit spot on about the repetitive feeling but that doesn't matter here. Most 8/16 bit tunes were repetitive by nature and always carried a good feel to them. The random sound effects you chyme in from time to time make this lil sliver of heaven worth the listen.
Piece by Piece this music was and will be outstanding until you outshine it with your next piece!
After I read that bad-ass story in the description, you know I had to at least give the song a try (I mean audio miners that fled underneath the Earth's crust to flee the oppression of mainstream music? Freaking Rad! :D) The song is absolutely wonderful, I love the little sound effects that stand for the mining of new sounds and the other nice touches throughout the piece. I will say that, as awesome as the song is, the main melody does start to feel a bit repetitive after awhile.
While the song is rich in effects and ornamentation, a little more musical variation would take this from a 4 to a 5 star song. Excellent job overall.
Thanks for the great constructive feedback!
