Sounds like a Albert Wesker theme going on over here, like he's planning some world domination.... plan. Quite nice. The soft tune & lack of instruments contributes to the hearer to focus more. Too much instrument breaks the focus, to me anyway.
Goes well with splinter cell, metal gear solid, CSI, but not so much on naruto. Too much western feel to it heh
