Went for a rave trance anthem feel

Okay, let me perfectly honest, the first minute and a half or so were rather lackluster for me. It felt sort of generic up to that point.
It was much better when you breathed life into it ,as it were, and allowed for a bit of deviation from the norm.
However, you were spot on with hitting the genre you were aiming at. Very easy to dance to, feels like something I'd hear in a crowded and haze filled club.
Not bad overall, but it felt a little generic.

DJMERKEREE responds:

Hey the review is much appreciated, yeah with the first minute or so i was trying to mimic the buildup you normally hear in the average rave style tech song so that all the samples in the drum rack (bass drum, snare , and hi hats etc.) didn't all just start at once so that it could build on itself towards the full song. But i do agree now after have listening to it multiple time that i could have shortened the intro slightly with everything happening sooner but I felt the intro length was sufficient enough in that it wouldn't bore people from changing the song.
Again thanks for the review, and my apologies that the response took so long
