Extremely cool. I like the lyrics a lot. But i would like a little more volume on the vocals. I find like to much mood too. Overall, liked it a lot.

My first attempt at lyrics and singing. The vocal quality is poor at best, but i did all i knew how/ could with what i have at the moment. Hopefully some time in the future i can replace my horrid voice with the smooth trance voice of a female. ( chances are low, but i can keep trying)
I was honestly a little nervous posting this,(the vocals are low on purpose x-x) as i am rather self conscious of my voice.
I really like this and I wish the vocal where louder than the music because the vocals are enjoyable.
Ok, after listening the song i decided to write a review to help you out a bit.
Fist thing, there is too much mudiness in the song, try EQ-ing the instruments around their muddiness area to clear out their sound, keep in mind that on some instrument's you can't just put muddiness area on EQ all the way down because they require it.
Second thing. Try bringing vocals in front of the instruments, because you can bearly hear the vocals on some part of the song, and it will sound a bit more proffesional, you can fine tune the vocals in EQ to remove background sounds and so.
And third thing. Try playing with hi hats (open and closed), VEC3 and VEC4 sounds are pretty neat, creating more complicated hi hat patterns that actually sound better isn't that hard even it sounds like that, once you make one you will make others with no problem. in my songs i use 2 different sounds for closed hats and 1 sound for open.
The song overal is good but I think you can make it better next time, you have a potential. I hope this will help you out

Thanks for the feed back. Ya it was my first time trying vocals and i realized half way through i was way in over my head. I still decided to post it for nothing else but a decent mile stone for myself.
As to the hats, I've always had trouble with drums to be honest i struggle with them most of the time. I will defiantly have to look into vec hats.I was using sylenth1 demo version for most of the sounds, and sadly there is a "thank you for trying this demo" in my renders. So being cheap as i am i have to render out a few copies as mp3, splice them together and render out again. Some quality is lost in the process. But i have no idea how to fix that with eqing ( i know i can some how)
I really need to learn some more about proper EQ, i've been told that in previous songs and from friends and vastly improved since then, but over all i still have little clue how to professionally master or mix sounds and chans.
if you know of a decent tutorial of how to eq vocals or over all mix i would be greatfull if you could toss me a pm at some point.
