Amazing! I love the warped echos, the ticking, the backwards sounding noises, everything!

Wow, what can I say, I'm legitimately impressed. I was expecting a simple sad piano solo, but received a resonant assembly of sounds and emotions all in an elaborately wrapped package. The piano meshes perfectly with the ambient sounds to produce a wonderfully emotional melody and results in a mysterious, but yet peaceful atmosphere rarely heard even in ambient music. It's hard to explain but when I listen to this song I feel like I'm in one of those dreams that take place in a desolate, yet peaceful wasteland. A very mellow yet mysterious song.

I really enjoyed this. I am a big fan of darker music and melodies that play with your inner emotions or that set a gloomy mood. This piece also reminds me a lot of Akira Yamaoka's work, which is featured in many of the Silent Hill games. If you want, check out the following video to see what I mean:

In my pre-teen years, Silent Hill 2 was a hallmark of inspiration for me as a musician and writer. The disturbing scenes coupled with terrifying and sometimes heart-wrenching music, as is the case in the video above, etched at feelings deep within me that may have never surfaced otherwise. I know I'm being vague, but the 'foggy' emotions haven't left me, and it has been almost a decade since.

Very good work.
