You've already heard alot of my songs and me playing the piano (sometimes I play these songs on the piano). I wouldn't be surprised at all if you've already heard this from me. Also, this is a remix, I made this song once before but I felt it was poorly done and I remixed it. It's not much better though, it's just different. Some might like the original better.

You review while you listen? Cuz you sorta stopped in the middle to comment on the drums (yea, I like the drums too).

The Elevator -slash- Battle Music, nice one.

Ya the first one did sound like elevator music but then I heard it and said "oh no no no no no, I'm not letting people think I can go by with this". It's a great idea and I wasn't going to let it die, so I remixed it.

The hardest part about this was keeping it the same yet different, and somehow making it battle music.

Well, first off, it had to go faster. To tell you the truth, when I first made it, I didn't know how to increase tempo. That was actually the first song I ever made, and the drums weren't even my own!!

So on my remix, first thing I had to do was make my own drums! That is where half the work went, those are my own percussion sounds. I put a considerable amount of effort into them, and I decided to make them Drum & Bass style.

The rest is a bit ambient, there is the beggining with the overdriven guitar. I decided to put that in because people seemed to like my first tangent over my remix, and the only real change is that I used a less...(lets say) screaching guitar sound. I personally don't like it, but I figured it's battle music, it ain't suppose to be pretty. So the start is kinda rock with Drum N' Bass

One of my favorite sounds is jazz though, but since there is no swing, the closes I can get is sluring with the sax. There is a part that swings in the middle, so that's when I really used the sax.

Then I dunno, it's um, hmm legato. Nice and smooth, but I tried not to do that for too long or it would take away from the Battle.

The loop is a little off but I tried my best with it. And now for some sad news...well atleast to Dunnanunna. Once I reach 50 songs... I plan on possibly...*sigh* retiring from posting "audio" on Newgrounds.

But that doesn't mean I'll stop making music. If I do retire, I'll just make music for myself, attempting to improve. Ofcourse, I've said this before but I coudln't stop. :p
