This is a battle theme based initially off the Chrono Trigger battle theme and it kind of took off and went insane. I don't think I need to say anything more.

...well, I do. This is my first attempt at more DnB-like drums and compression. :P

Man, I love this! I hear both the Chrono Trigger battle theme and Lavos final battle mixed into this by degrees. There's drum style is decidedly breakbeat, so I'd say DnB fits as much as the Video Game affiliation does. It's also got a crazy jazzy style in there thanks to the instrument selections that's really cool, and those electric guitar stabs sound pretty cool, too. Nicely done!

Thanks! ^_^ Not sure there's much I can respond to in here, but yeah. The jazzy thing was actually based a bit off another remix I had heard at one point, it was very fun to make.

Really liked how this song made me think of Super Smash Bros. Melee quite a bit. The tune seems like it would fit Battleground very well. Fantastic song!

The main synth has a slight guitar sound to it. Really like how that turns out too. The bass is really deep and I like how the rhythm seems to be stopping for a half second then going up a few notes and repeating.

The piano sounds pleasing and I like the frantically fast appeal to it. Then the sax synth sounds groovy and gives the song a fast paced dance feel to it. The drums are nice, simple, and deliver the backing rhythm of the song. Lastly, is that a light chorus I hear in the back?

Overall, fantastic piece of work!!

Hahahaha I'm listening to all sorts of battle themes whilst finishing my project that's due tomorow D:

Nar better get back to work D:< (it's awesome dude! I want to make stuff just like this some day :D ). Unfortunately, considering that I'm both rushing and inexperienced, I don't have much else to say other then it's awesome. Full stop :P
