So, today is my B-day and I decided to post a song for today :D I just finished and I've been workin' on this since Saturday. Last year I posted a hip hop track so I thought I'd post some kind of electronic song so I posted this dubstep track. It's meant to be more of a 8-bit-ish kinda dubstep. Pleez rate, review, download, & enjoy!!!

I wanted to hear a song with the word "woot", and I found this awesome song! And even better, it was released before Gangnam Style! Sure Gangnam Style is an awesome song, but it's overrated. I really like this song a lot!

Stavier responds:

Wow mayne, thanx for the awesome compliment :D I think it's a lil overrated too, sayin' that it's so asian and no one understands it and just parties to it, but I'm glad you enjoyed the song!!!

This is the kind of stuff that I like, but are secretly jealous of! I mean, this is so well done that it makes my stuff sound like snot!

Well done man!

Stavier responds:

Haaa, thanx man!!!! Trust me man, if I could make DnB like your's, I would pee myself :D Thanx for the review!!!

What did I just listen to? Whatever I did, it sounds pretty good. It's like a 8-bit dubstep. well not exactly but...you know...In anycase, you've made this pretty well.

Nice hi-hat rhythems! For some reason, those stand out alot to me. Speaking of...nevermind. forget about it.

I'm curious, what headphones do you use when you listen to, and record your music?

Keep it up!

Stavier responds:

Actually, I was goin' for 8-Bit dubstep, in a way :D I'm actually really glad you were listenin' to the hi-hat rhythm cuz I have like 6 drum patterns and I changed the hi-hats in all of them. I actually just use my cheap, apple in-ear headphones, but I take a lot of time on mixing then I use my speakers to check if it's fine and see if the drums stand out so that it doesnt get buried in the mix. As for recording, like tracks with my cousin chris, we use the mac/garageband then I got a mic from my aunt and he has beats by dr dre so that's all we need then once we finish recording, I use audacity to get rid of some power line hum, soundtrack pro, which is a program on the mac, and fl studio to add fx's and master. Thanx for the review!!!

Nice wobbles!

Stavier responds:

Thanx mayne :)

I love it!
It makes me wanna hook up my Nes and play while listening to this song!

Stavier responds:

Thanx man, I used some nice 8-Bit Soundfonts I found off the interwebs :D
