I'm working on some free game music for anyone looking for that sort of epic adventure loop or such... Feel free to use this in your game or film as wanted, following the [CC] license below.

Also, feel free to give any constructive critique or such you might have or say what it makes you think of. :)

Absoultely Gorgeous!

I just noticed that the Horns and strings sections are kinda "too loud" in the transitions, Here's an example: at 0:38 between E5 and G5, you should make it softer (less attack) so it can sound more "natural", you know? just make it flow
That's all I have to say this time.

Very nice pice man! :)

samulis responds:

Hey, thanks for the review!

You make a good point. If I revise this, I will change that... although I think I only saved the song version (the submission after this one).

The illusion of being a song that progresses is what makes this tune awesome!

samulis responds:

The style I write is too dynamic to remain linear throughout... I often end up making songs dynamic throughout without the intent of creating a progression, for instance, this one goes from A minor to C major around 0:36 with underpinnings of that minor, giving a good feel of progress from darkness into light.

I'm glad you like the piece, I am working on a song version right now that will be longer and more developed.

Sweet Loop, it reminds of playing all those old Roman/Medieval games for PC. Kind of that background music to when I'm building my town or a menu screen, or even that cinematic intro. I really need to get my hands on EWQL. I just wish it was a little cheaper.

Great song!

samulis responds:

My advice- subscribe to their email newsletter and wait for a day when it's on sale. Every year, they have occasional sales. Alternately, see if you can get the student version. I had to save up for a few months to get it.

I do not know what to criticize here. In fact, nothing!

So noble, fuck yeah!

samulis responds:

Haha, thanks Waffles! I think I will arrange a larger song from this, I had so much fun writing the loop.
