Title comes from a 1963 Norwegian short animated film and is Norwegian for "the paper kite". I watched the film a few times as a kid and I still have dreams about it occasionally. I came to think of it tonight and so after an hour I have this little piece of childhood-nostalgia-meditation.

(It's a bit of a propaganda piece about a norwegian kid who travels to distant parts of the world with his paper kite and watches how foreign aid (the movie was made on behalf of UNICEF) helps the people prosper and all that. But as far as I can recall, its soundtrack was like so dreamy and ethereal and impressionist man. To the extent that that is possible in a 60s movie. I can't remember exactly and I don't want to see it again to find out, because this is a wonderful memory stored in the very depths of my subconscious, it is profoundly a part of my past. I was four or five so pretty much everything was magical and awe-inspiring. Even Winnie the Pooh haha)

Subtle and dreamlike... And I really don't know what else to say. I'm normally quite loquacious in my descriptions of songs, but I'm just stranded by this one... Dreaming.

This is a great piece, my friend.

Yeah, it is kinda that time period, makes me think of a movie called "an incident at owl creek bridge" or something like that. It's a profound, mute black & white movie composed entirely of this kind of music. Is it worth watching? That depends entirely, I'm glad I watched it, and I'm pretty sure the artist Owl City said it was his favourite movie.

Isn't this the little wonderful stop motion animation by Ivo Caprino you spoke about? It is a beautiful and heart touching masterpiece. Music is also wonderful. It composed by the famous Egil Monn-Iversen. I remember it is still being aired during the 90s on UNICEF sponsored channels.

Well done my friend. A minimal chilling track. I have checked out most of your submissions and I have to say they are all great works. Please keep up your work and thank you for the expression upon this piece.

Another killer track. Bravo!

Just a few simple notes only, this song can be this beautiful.
