This is just a short, unmixed demo reel of mine to show the various styles that I can create in. This reel consists of film score styled bits strung together that I've created over the past few months. Some are original, others you may recognize from a film OST or a video game.

It's been a very long time since I was last on Newgrounds.

Let me know what you all think.

Great sounding productions mate. I have a few tips for creating a demo reel such as this. I personally prefer having all originals but I definitely see the use in showing your ability to emulate other tracks. Either way, I find it useful to make a cue sheet for the demo and let people know a little bit about each clip, or at least a title and place to hear it on its own if its available. This way people will know which are originals and which are emulations. In general though you will get better responses with the effort to show greater detail then just what the audio provides. Take it with a grain of salt, but that is my opinion on them.

Planet of the Apes emulation did sound fantastic BTW.

The Orchestra sound so beautiful! Very Lyrical and in a way so dramatic.

The second cut I believe was a theme from LOTR. Which is so enthralling, All of the cuts are made so good. One can listen to it over and over again. Very nice work!

Winterwind-NS responds:

Thank you. Actually, the second cut is the final scene from Rise of the Planet of the Apes just as Caesar is climbing up the redwood tree. It's actually the 5th cut (2:04) that's from LOTR.
