--Dropped project music--

This tracks was to be used in a game called Shoppingcart Racers where you had 8 player matches set in ridiculous enviroments. This track is called Down Mt.everest in a shoppingcart and was used both on that track (Mt.everest)and as the main menu music.

You had unlockable powerups, items, upgrades, paintjobs, charcter customization and lots lots more.
i dare say it wuld have been more fun then mario cart :P

The game was cancelled due to money issues so i'm releasing it here on NG for any and all to use as they want.

A huge + to anyone who makes a game like that in flash.

Comments are allways appreciated :)

I love it.
I feel obliged to leave constructive criticism though..
It seems kind of slow for a race them. Perfect for a menu, though, as long as they stay long enough to appreciate it.
Maybe if it had some fast moving drums in the background?

All the trumpet is fantastic.

I really don't like the string sample, it sounds like its cutting into itself. I'm sure there are better samples for it.

All that being said, excellent song.

Too bad about that game...seemed like a cool idea. But I don't know about it being better than mario kart; Double Dash was a great game.

As far as this audio goes, sounds great. Good mix, I liked how hollow the strings sounded, and how the bass was doubled by brass sound. The trumpet solo is pretty awesome too. It really carries the song well throughout the pulsating drums and bass, which I can see fitting really well in a racing type setting. Loops pretty flawlessly too.

Great work on this, I'm sure it will be used by something soon enough :D
