I love where this song is headed. I think it pretty much sounds awesome already. The section at 1:02 is so sweet, i think you're sounding really professional lately. Perhaps with the exception of the guitar tone; i think there is room for improvement but i can't be sure what is needed. Personally i think it sounds half a step out of tune. But for most of the song i think it fits in anyway; so i don't know what to think really. Are you playing the guitar these days or are you still programming it?

A bit of both depends on how serious the project feels, and/or how focused I am. I had a friend help me some time ago, with how to set up the guitar through the computer, and then use a virtual amp with it. Makes it easier to loop, edit and quantize. [EDIT: what the hell was I saying, quantizing is harder then when programming, but it's easier to isolate what you've played, compared to recordings, and then quantize]
Originally I came up with the idea for the string section at 1:02 working on a Halindir idea, and it was much slower and not as powerful. So I'm pleased with the power and energy it has got here.
