Easy Listening - Classical

Author Comments

The brass is live, actual people playing the parts, but the strings, percussion, and woodwinds are from the EastWest Symphonic Orchestra. I wrote the piece first for brass several years ago and recently just added the rest of the orchestra.

Great job! It is a bit redundant at times (not a major problem for an action cue), but sounds great. The Woodwinds are a bit thin compared to the strings and brass.

Composition wise, the middle section is fantastic and reminds me of Hermann's Vertigo.

All in all great.

ps: I see the zero-bombers got you. They should die in a fire. I'll give you 5's every chance I can. This piece should be heard!

Thanks! I HATE those zero-bombs. Probably some douche bag kid who wants his own music to stay on top even though it's garbage.

Thanks for the listen and the review!

Excellent composition for the brass, and you're actually using East West Symphonic Orchestra for what it was designed for. It's more useful for adding extra instruments to an already recorded track.

This sounds amazing, and the musicians you had to play your composition are astounding. I daresay this is one of those pieces that you could use to really show off to others ha. There's not too many flash artists who would turn you down when they hear this piece.

Great work, and I hope you will continue to record more work and submit it here!

Thanks, Bosa! It's amazing how a few live instruments can give it that feel of realism. And it really helps having the whole brass section live!
