Well, whatever was in that apartment, I wouldn't like to meet it in person! (I have a feeling it was the hand of something, but nothing else was visible) but anyways, about my opinion on the song. I really like it, it definitely has that dark feel to it, while still almost feeling sad or hopeless instead. It could be looked at both ways, but that deep riser around 2:16 completely stops that and gives a feeling of dread, like something is nearby and getting closer. The higher notes at that part sound very dramatic or final. Right around 3:18 a deep riser comes again, sounding very Abyssmal. I've always liked those sounds. at 3:25, when the drums kick in alongside it, the song sounds confrontational. Like someone got cornered by something and is ready to try to escape somehow. It's funny how the song almost tells a story. And to end it all off, that last bit with the Synth comes back and has almost a victorious feel, which I assume makes sense, since you obviously survived whatever you saw. I love the way the song almost plays a movie in your head. This is a very well-done song, and I'd love to hear about "The Hand"
This is a great song has some nice interesting sounds to it. I'm very interested in hearing the story behind it.
Great dark energetic feel to it. I'd also like to know the story of "the hand". =)
Wow, After hearing this i am interested to know what you saw in your old apartment. This indeed has a nice dark feel to it with diverse arp melodies and sounds real clean. You made a real nice beat to accompany this and it fits well. This one is definitely one of my favorites from you. Have a great day.
thank you :) I will PM anyone who would be interested in hearing the story of the hand.
This is really sick dude. Gives off a great dark feeling to it, and has overall great melodies. Good work!
5/5 Can't believe this doesn't have more ratings/views/reviews.
thank you, your kind words mean more than you would think :)
Please contact me if you would like to use this in a project. We can discuss the details.
