Original Song: "The Instinct" from Killer Instinct for the Super Nintendo.

I just decided to make a remix of this because the song was just too good to pass up. I was originally gonna do it sounding like the SEGA Genesis like my previous game remixes have been, but I kinda felt tired of doing it like that, so I ended up tinkering with this for about 4 hours and this is the result!

I left the MIDI drums in there to help give it a more retro feel while making it sound more aggressive by changing out some of the instruments and adding notation where I felt it needed it. So it's more a cover than a remix, but there are differences so meh... :3

If you liked it or if you didn't like it please VOTE AND REVIEW! I can't stress this enough, how do I know what to do to make it better if you won't tell me? Please help me out! :D

(General work imported from a MIDI file obtained from, creds to Shawn Holderfield, the author of that MIDI file!)

Meh, not my style

I mean I love this track, but I'd prefer something more original than a complete ripoff, and less retro. But this is just an opinion, I have no problem with it aside from my personal tastes.

Kherr responds:

No offense, but personally I don't feel as though you can improve on an amazing and classic song such as this other than to make it more aggressive. I don't know how else to describe why it sounds so close to the original. This is my opinion though. :3

I appreciate the review! :D
