The main thing I liked about this was the drum loop you had that started at about 0:15. This piece has plenty of potential inside of it.
You can tell these are FL instruments, that's a bad thing. That first instrument is just mastered terribly and did not fit with the bass at all. It sounded weird, and had a strange, almost annoying, echo sound to it. The melody for it was ok though. The notes didn't really change up that much either. Try going from A to B to C and all that, just switch it up, ya know? It sounds like it just goes from A to A minorish like that. Very simple.
The bass did not hit at all hard enough for a DubStep song.
The 2nd melody you had was just in there for no reason at all, it made the piece worse. The instrument was just terrible. This also had a very annoying echo to it.
Just a very simple piece here, but a good first try at DubStep.

Good for the first try, not too nice to listen to.
The first sound was very close to ear rape actually. When the beat was there, it wasn't as bad as I would've thought though. Apart from the irritating sound the intro was as it should be.
Then when the dubstep came in it began to sound worse. It isn't that the dubstep is bad, it was the same almost the whole time. What I like about dubstep are the other sounds thrown in. This doesn't have that.
The part from 1:03 was unexpected. The sound was nice, but it wasn't on the beat. If you would've made it offbeat the entire time it isn't bad, but this switched between on and off the beat all the time.
What I did like was the sort of creepy feeling it created. In a movie or game that's kind of creepy it could fit. As a song apart to listen to it isn't so nice though.
