To me, it "reflects" more than the music in the game.

This is a remix of the song which plays when you're standing outside of the Pokemon League Building in Pokemon Diamond/Pearl/Platinum. The remix is called "Reflection," both because the point in the game serves as a potential reflection on the events of the game, and also the fact that you can see your reflection in the pond outside the building when standing next to it.
