Here's a cover I did of a Doors song, called Hello, I Love You.
It's unusual that I did a cover of a song by The Doors. But the recording itself is also pretty strange. I was trying different effects with my voice, and I was trying to create what I thought an LSD trip would sound like. I think my Blue Jay Way cover won that contest, but this is still pretty cool. I was fiddling around with voice pitch effects and different wow effects with my guitar using a digital footpedal I have.
I don't know about this one, you can either love it or hate it. Good thing is, this is the last I have of my old stuff, so I'll just be uploading brand new material from now on. ^^
I really enjoy the noise in this song. Especially the last minute with the hello's.
Good, but...
I thought it was good. I loved the staticy guitar. Personally, I think if you'd just left your voice without effects it would have sounded better. You're a good singer as it is, no need to add effects, in my opinion. 4/5, 8/10. Keep up the good work dude!
