Reminds me somehow of ye ol' Unreal Tournament. That's why I love it.
Rougher and less polished than my usual, but figured it's either going out tonight or sitting on a shelf for the rest of it's life.
Dark and ambient for the first half. Then more upbeat from around 2:20
Because what could go wrong in an abandoned prison?

This would be great for a nice scary zombie movie.
Amazing song!
Listening to this, and comparing it to your other previous works, I have come to one conclusion. Pretty much every thing you touch turns to epic, doesn't it?
At first, I hear a dark haunting tune that takes me back to days of the Super Metroid soundtrack. Then, just when I think it's a cover song - you did the soundtrack for K.O.L.M. after all - it switches gears and jumps into a different direction with some distinctly metal synth and guitar strings. As the piano weaves its way into the notes, the song seems to take on an organic tone, coming alive!
As the song continues, the drums pulse in the background, not unlike one's heart pounding in their ears after an adrenaline rush. All the while, the synth returns in full force, ebbing back and forth until it reaches its last breath, then silently fades away. The clock runs back to zero, and the flow of the notes sets me up once again. Definitely fitting for the narrative of an abandoned prison.
So yeah, I like this song!
Why did I enter there?
This song give me 2 sensations:
1st: " OMG why did I enter in this prison? Where are you Sophie? SOPHIE??"
2nd: *When the beat begins* " Zombies all over the place, so it's not abandoned at all, Sophie!!! Where are you?? I have to run..."
I like to roleplay sensations.
Creepy
Would definitely make a very good haunted house theme, or at least thats what it reminds of
